How to cancel internal orders

To cancel an order with the status Done, navigate to the Business Event or the Order.

From the business event:

Open

   From the order:

Open

Click Cancel to cancel the order and click Confirm to proceed. 

The order will now get status Canceled and the whole order (transactions, notes etc) is now canceled. Back office administrators can now make a new order.
