Working with feeds
BFS Version 1.X
Once a financial instrument has been created in Bricknode Financial Systems (BFS), as described here, you can add a feed connection to the instrument.
The image below illustrates an "empty" instrument for Apple.
By clicking on the instrument you will be able to find a tab called Feeds.
Click on the "Add" button in order to open the add-feed dialogue which will automatically search for the instrument name within the feed.
Simply click on the feed instrument name to make the connection to your instrument and receive daily quote updates.
In front of the feed type there is an action button icon which you can click on in order to import available historic data.
Simply click "Confirm" in order to complete the data import and your data is now imported.
