Mass management of manual orders
Select several orders and manage them in bulk. This means you can fill and settle multiple orders at once, saving considerable time compared with handling these individually.

Navigate to Order Management > Manual Orders or Instrument Management, select the instrument, and navigate to the order tab.
Click the action menu and select the orders you want to manage.
A pop-up ticket will appear, Fill Orders. Orders in status placed can be filled. The orders will get the same business and settlement date. Click Confirm to fill the orders.
A message will appear with information about succeeded orders.
You can also select to override default values regarding custody account, counterparty, and counterparty account. Click on the arrow. Override the default values here by checking the checkboxes. The values will be used for all the selected orders. If you leave the fields blank, values from the instrument or currency will be used.
Click the action menu and select the orders you want to manage. A pop-up ticket, Settle Orders, will appear. Click Confirm to settle the orders.
A message will appear with information about succeeded orders.
The customers have now received the positions in the instrument.
Which instruments can be mass-managed?
Only orders with NOTR or XOFF as MIC can be handled in bulk. (Navigate to System Data > Places to view the MIC codes.) Orders with other MIC codes need unique values for TRS and can thereby not be multi-handled. When trying to manage these orders you will get a message about it and they will not be possible to manage in bulk.
