Add activity log entry
BFS Version: 2.02
- Click on the create icon  to add a log entry.
- The create ticket will appear:
- Subject - The title
- Body - The text
- Event Date - The date when the event in the log item occured
- Due Date - The date when the item will be marked red if the status still is New
- Status - The status can be New or Processed
- Public - If checked the entry will be visible on the customer front
