Add activity log entry

BFS Version: 2.02

  1. Click on the create icon  to add a log entry.



  2. The create ticket will appear:
    1. Subject - The title
    2. Body - The text
    3. Event Date - The date when the event in the log item occured
    4. Due Date - The date when the item will be marked red if the status still is New
    5. Status - The status can be New or Processed
    6. Public - If checked the entry will be visible on the customer front
