Add activity entry to policy or claim

BFS Version: 2.02

An activity item that is connected to a policy or a claim will only be visible when the claim/policy is selected.

Add activity entry to policy

1. Select the Insurance Policy you want to add an activity entry to by clicking on its name. The selected policy will have a checkmark to the far right.
2. Click on the create button in the Activity Log group box.
   
   

Add activity entry to Claim

1. Select the Insurance Claim you want to add an activity entry to by clicking on the claim number. The Claims Overview tab will be selected.
