Fee Management

This add-on makes it possible to manage different types of trading fees. and manage discounts on specific accounts.

You can set up different kinds of fees:
- Buy (fee only on buy orders)
- Sell (fee only on sell orders)
- Buy and Sell (fee on both buy and sell orders)
