Invoice Items
On the invoice page it’s enable to see which of the invoice items that is related to the invoice. One invoice item is describing where the customer’s payment is going to apply towards.
Changing the Invoice Items
For straight loans the invoice items are set to stone what the incoming payment from the customer should be applied to. Annuity loans will be defined at the capitalized date what the payment should apply to.
The administrator is enabled to change the invoice items amount or remove the InvoiceItem by setting the amount to zero. If the invoice item is changed, it needs to be reflected on the BorrowerAccount. If the invoice item is reduced and expecting the customer not to pay that anymore, it needs to be reduced on the BorrowerAccount. Otherwise, the next invoice will pick that up for next invoice. Likewise for increasing the invoice item that the BorrowerAccount needs to be matched with the deficit. Otherwise, the Invoice will not be paid since it’s missing deficit on the BorrowerAccount and goes to Reminder etc.
