An BorrowerTransactionAccount is where all the borrower’s payments goes through before the money is applying to the BorrowerAccounts.

Apply Payment to towards BorrowerAccount

If there is left cash on a Payment, they can be applied towards an BorrowerAccount and apply towards your selection. Open the view up it does by clicking on the Apply Payment under the menu of the transaction.

In the Apply Payment view it’s possible to adding transactions one by one, or use the automatically generations that generate transaction based on the deficit on the BorrowerAccount in the priority order. Those two buttons is adding transaction in a preview state and clicking on the Apply button is the actually confirm button that will adding the transactions that has been added to the tables.
