Use Autogiro when placing a subscription order

From version 2.34 we can use Autogiro as a settlement account when placing a subscription order.

Navigate to the action menu on the account and select Subscription order to create a subscription order using autogiro as a settlement account.

Enter the information in the ticket and click Confirm to create the subscription order.

An autogiro deposit will be created and the subscription order will get status pending. The order and the deposit will get the link symbol meaning it's linked.

When the deposit order is handled via the automatic batch job that creates autogiro orders. The subscription order will get status Done and another order is created according to the order route of the instrument, in this example a manual order. The order will get status pending financing until the autogiro deposit is finished.
