Accounting Manager is an app that is used to produce accounting reports from Bricknode based on accounting rules. Accounting reports can be created as files for import into standard accounting software or via API integrations.

In general, an accounting rule is created by defining an account within Bricknode, like a custody account, and then a transaction type. A debit and credit account is then defined and the accounting report will then aggregate the amounts converted to the requested currency for the defined period from the transactions of the transaction type that occurred in the defined account.
