Agreement
An Agreement represents a trigger-based agreement in the Bricknode Lending system.
Agreements is used, among other things, to create a agreement between the you and the customer to:
- Initate a final payment on a loan
- Create paymentplans on a loan
- Retract a loan from the swedish collection agency (KFM)
- Regret loans
A Agreement is most likely associated with a Invoice. To fulfill the Agreement a customer need to pay the related Invoice. When the Agreement is fullfilled a sequence of events is triggered in the Bricknode Lending system (what and when this occurs is decided by the Agreement type)
Example:
A Customer want to initiate a final payment on a loan. A Bricknode Lending back-end user then creates a agreement, with a related invoice as a trigger, on the full loan amount.
When the customer pays the related Invoice the Agreement is fulfilled and the Loan will be closed (paid).
