BFS Version: 2.X

Custody accounts are configured in Bricknode Financial Systems ("BFS") in order to reflect accounts located at custody banks. In this article we will present how to filter "All positions" to ensure what your business have on the custody accounts.

From the back office interface the administrator should every day reconcile the custody accounts in BFS and at the bank.

Filter options in this example:

Account Dimension: Settlement

Balance Date: which date we should do the reconciliation

Account No: account no. In this exampel we have written "$" after the account no (cust_1$), because we just want "cust_1" to be visible. If we wouldn’t write "$" we would get all Account numbers that started with 1.

Currency: SEK, but we can choose which currency we want and use in the business

Account Type: Custody Account
