Customer cases

Customer cases are where support messages from customers (borrowers and lenders) are shown.

Borrowers can create cases from the front end that they are interacting like the example below:

Site documents

In site documents, we can manage a lot of the content that is used on both frontends and backends like general terms, tooltips etc.

Lenders

In the lender section, we can manage the various lender exposures and conduct actions like deposits and withdrawals.
