Add entry to policy

1. Select the Insurance Policy you want to add an activity entry to by clicking on its name. The selected policy will have a checkmark to the far right.
2. Click on the create button in the Activity Log group box.

Add entry to Claim

1. Select the Insurance Claim you want to add an activity entry to by clicking on the claim no. The Claims Overview tab will be selected.                                             Image Added
