Create withdrawal orders
Create a withdrawal order on the customer account. Navigate to an account and select Withdraw Money in the action menu (1). Next, select the currency (2), the external account of the type BIC/IBAN (3), and the amount to withdraw (4). Click Confirm to create the withdrawal order.
Manage the withdrawal orders
Navigate to Withdrawal order (Payments > Withdrawals)
The created orders will now have the status Placed. In order to create an ISO 20022 file the orders must be in order status Filled. You can either multi-select orders or fill them one by one.
The next step is to create an ISO 20022 file.
Click the action menu and select Create File (ISO 20022). A popup ticket will appear with information about how many orders will be in the file. Click Confirm to create the file.
A popup message will appear when the file is created. Click the link (File Name) to download the file and import it to the bank.
The files will also be available on the order overview.
The orders will now be in status Instructed.
