Transactions

The administrator of the system can modify BorrowerAccount’s deficit by creating Transactions towards the BorrowerAccount with either positive or negative amount. Negative amount will increase the deficit and positive amount have two options and meaning. Either you mark it that it comes from a payment that will affect the Bookkeeping or if you just want to decrease what the customer should be paying.

When reducing the deficit from the BorrowerAccount, beware that if any existing invoice is active the InvoiceItems needs to be reduce. That is explained in this page ->[Insert_InvoicePage]. Otherwise, the invoice will not be able to be paid since it can’t find any deficit on the account.

Should not reduce Amortization, then it should be a CreditLoss instead that will be booked towards bookkeeping. LoanOut, Amortization and CreditLoss goes hand in hand.
