Orders and Decision Maker(s), Decision Maker Within Firm and Execution Within Firm

Below is a list of how the values Buyer/Seller Decision Maker (DM), Decision Maker Within Firm (IDWF) and Execution Within Firm (EXWF), are populated as default in Bricknode Broker, depending on where the trade originated from. These values will be transferred to the TRS Manager when importing trades from BFS. Note, that these values are those who are set as default in Bricknode Broker, they can be changed in admin when placing and filling an order!

Country of branch are set to the tax country of the house, if the selected IDWF is an admin user, otherwise it will be empty and need to be filled in TRS manager before sending the transaction to FSA.

When using INTC in combination with the internal/netting/resulting manual order workflow (technical sell/buy) and the orders originate from a portfolio, the IDWF will be different on the resulting manual order than the internal order. When filling the resulting manual order Bricknode Broker will remove IDWF on the deal for the resulting manual order if INTC is used. Read more about when to use the INTC flag or not here: INTC
