Better error handling extracting Excel Reports

When trying to get the excel report and all records fetched from the Broker system contains some kind of error, for example that Tax Country is missing on the customer, the Tax Manager didnt handle that correctly. After this release the Tax Manager will show a message saying that there are no records to export and it will also show a list of which errors occured and how many.

If there are less than 10 errors, each individual error will show in the message.
