Create lenders

Lenders can be created by navigating to Lenders in the main menu.

Click on Create to open the creation dialogue.

Enter the name, personal or organisational number of the lender and select the lender type. The username and password is then used to log on to the lenderweb where the lender can view their positions and transactions. There are two risk settings to be made:

Setting	Description
Maximal exposure loan	This is the percentage of the total portfolio value of the lender that could be allocated to a single loan. If the loan is for 10,000, the lender portfolio is worth 100,000 and this setting is 10% the maximum amount that the lender could get exposed to this loan is 10 000.
Maximal exposure loan amount	This value is for future use where a maximum amount per loan also can be set.

Finally there is a selection called Associated custody account which means the bank account where you are keeping the cash associated with this lender account.

Click create lender to complete the creation process.
