External Account Types

We have settings so the back office admin can select who should be able to create and use external accounts. For example which external account types should be visible in the drop-down menu when creating an external account for a customer in Admin/back office or if end customers should be able to create external accounts on the customer front.

Note! The add-ons Autogiro and AvtaleGiro has to be enabled before you can manage deposits, withdrawals, and mandates. You can activate this add-on in your back office system under the add-ons menu.

Navigate to System Data > External Account Types to change the settings.

Click the action menu to change use and creation rights.

Open: end customer, admin, and partner
Open (Admin): only admin
