1. Select "Users" in the main menu and click "All Users". Fill in the user name and click search. In this example Customer 1.

2. Select user, in this example, Mikael Nilsson.

3. Click on Icon "Details" in the left menu.

4. User status is found in the top right corner. In this example, Mikael Nilsson "Is Approved," which means that the user is activated. By marking "Terminated" the user is terminated including all the users accounts. Marking "Is locked out" disables the users log in.

5. Click the "Help" icon and the different status are explained.

6. In the "Users" tab in the main menu it´s possible to search on different status, for example; Activate Users, Terminated Users and Removed Users.

The status for users is found under the Detail tab on the customer.

Approved: the user is activated and approved.

Terminated: the user is terminated and cannot log in to the Customer Front. Terminated users are found under User Management > Disabled.

Locked out: This can be used if the customer should not be able to log in to the Customer Front

Manually Password Reset: when logging in to the customer front the customer will have to reset the password.

Natural Person: whether the customer is a natural person or not.

When editing the status by clicking on the pen icon. You can also set Risk level and Risk Value.
