Sometimes you want to delete an entire KU-report that already has been submitted to Skatteverket. There could be many records that are wrong and then the best action is to remove the submitted KU-report. In order to do this, you need to create a cancellation file and send it to Skatteverket. When this file is submitted, all KUs from the previously submitted file become obsolete. Now you can submit a new correct KU-report to Skatteverket.
To create the cancellation file navigate to the button Cancellation in the Tax reporting app.

Select the KU-report that you should create a cancellation file for.

A cancellation file is now created and you can now collect the file and submit it to Skatteverket.
When this file is submitted, all KUs from the previously submitted file become obsolete.
