BIC
If you are entering information for a company which has a BIC-code it should be entered here.

External Reference
If you are working with external systems this is an important part. Here you can enter a text string representing for example the id of the legal entity in a separate system like a CRM.

Campaign Code
This field can be used for entering a campaign code for the user. For example a customer could have been acquired through an e-mail campaign and thus the campaign code for this e-mail event could be entered here. This is even more relevant if you are working with the API which automatically could create customers in Bricknode Financial Systems when customers registers through an external form associated with a marketing campaign.

Is Approved
By enabling this setting the user can immediately log on to the system.

Tax Payer
If enabled the user will be included in tax reporting for the relevant country if taxable transactions are being conducted.

Send welcome mail
If enabled an e-mail will be sent to the user containing the pre-defined welcome e-mail template.

Partner
A partner can be defined for the user by clicking the "Choose" button.
